【Properties】

►Fit for all kinds of raw hide, strong  hydrolysis for hair follicles and Proteoglycans, disperse the collagenous fiber to allowing water to diffuse within the skin structure naturally soaking the hides.

►Not only remove the water-soluble protein , but also remove the mucoid that diffcult to remove by other methods.

►Promote the penetration of chemicals, improve the fullness, softness and elasticity, observably increase the yeild of leather and the quality.

【Application】  

1.Widely use for main soaking process,pH is 9.0-10.0, temperature is 24-27℃ ,   percentage and soaking time depend on types and conditions of the raw hides. Normal percentage: flesh hide 0.1-0.25% salted hide 0.1-0.25% dry hide 0.2-0.5%   

2. Directly add in to the soaking float, also can use sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide  to ajust the pH, at the same time can use with antiseptic and surfactants which have no inhibiting effect to the enzyme.
